Our Accommodations
~ Each guestroom offers a private bathroom.
~ Guestrooms have their own heat controls for your individual comfort. Additionally, each guestroom has its own air conditioner, installed seasonally.
~ A full homemade breakfast is included in the rate.

~ Fresh filtered drinking water is available throughout the building and glasses are provided in each guestroom.
~ Guests are welcome to utilize our Wireless High Speed Internet. Guests must have their own laptop with wireless capabilities. Please request the access code at check-in or any time during your stay.
~ Enjoy our relaxing library. Bring your own book or choose one of ours. You may like to put together a puzzle or watch cable television.
~ Our stylish porch is available for your use, keeping in mind the seasonal changes.

Our Rates
Our rates are very reasonable throughout the year and are tiered by high and low seasons. Room rates may change due to holidays & special events. The rates quoted at the time of the reservation will apply. A two night minimum may apply, however, will be specified at the time of the reservation.
January 1 – April 30
Rates are $125.00, plus Maine State Lodging Tax per room / per night for the Gray, Peach, Green & Blue Rooms and $150.00 for the Pink Room.
May 1 – October 31
Rates are $150.00, plus Maine State Lodging Tax per room / per night for the Gray, Peach, Green & Blue Rooms and $175.00 for the Pink Room.
November 1 – December 31
Rates are $125.00, plus Maine State Lodging Tax per room / per night for the Gray, Peach, Green & Blue Rooms and $150.00 for the Pink Room.
